Features Offered by Troy Security Plus Check Paper
Troy offers many features to prevent the chemical or mechanical alteration of check stock. A few features are as follows.
- Chemical Protection: Attempts to alter check chemical will cause the
check to discolor.
- Toner Anchorage: Attempts to alter the paper will cuase
visible damage to the paper
- Invisible Fluorescent Fibers: Can only be seen under black light and
cannot be copied
- Warning Band: Reminds users of security features
- UV Dull Paper: Under a black light it appears blue.
- NaNOcopyT Void Pantograph: Any attempt will appear when copied
- Relief Image: 3-D relief image "Security Plus" appears on check
- SCANcheck: Scanning with a normal can reveal "VALID" image
- Simulated Watermark: Can be seen by holding at angle
- Coin Reactive Pigment: When rubbed with coin ink changes color and
reveals watermark
- Microtext line: : When magnified they reveal text, when copied they
become a line
- Anti-Alteration Box: Cannot be copied or scanned
- MICR/OCR compliant: Meets all standards set by ANSI
- Check 21 Friendly: Meets all of the standards for imaging compliance
